Job Description As the Manager of Analytics & Insights for Sales Performance at Wolters Kluwer, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing Xactly analytics to support sales functions across the organization. You will have the opportunity to work with a newly formed Incentive Compensation & Planning COE, supporting multiple divisions, subsidiaries, and sellers globally. Your responsibilities will include building dashboards, presenting data in actionable formats, supporting planning processes, analyzing large datasets, and partnering with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives. Additionally, you will lead strategic projects, support BI deployment, provide people management, and optimize sales processes for improved efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Build and Manage dashboards in Xactly and/or external tools - Present complex data in a clear, actionable format using Xactly - Support annual and quarterly planning processes with data-driven recommendations - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities - Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives - Lead initiatives to improve analytics & insights processes and tools - Support deployment of Xactly analytics solutions and other BI tools - Train team members and stakeholders on Xactly analytics tools & methodologies - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support Incentive compensation management - Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales processes - Communicate complex data in a clear, visual format for stakeholders - Oversee performance of Sales Incentive Plans and SPIFF programs - Support compliance with Internal Controls team for data-related requirements - Provide ad hoc insights for plan design reviews and postmortems - Support and/or develop data-driven Incentive compensation strategies - Provide Xactly administration support as needed Qualifications Required: - 5+ years relevant experience with Sales Compensation Analytics - Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or a related field - Xactly Certification(s) or ability to obtain post-onboarding - Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful analytics - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills - Experience managing incentive compensation related disputes & inquiries - Ability to think strategically while considering tactical implications - Strong experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Advanced SQL - Experience in establishing data governance practices for insightful analytics Nice to Have: - Experience with Xactly Reporting - Certifications from other ICM systems (i.e. Varicent, SAP-Callidus) - Certification(s) in Analytics systems preferred (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) - Experience with ETL tools (i.e., Informatica) for data automation & transformation Please note that as part of Wolters Kluwer's interview practices, candidates are required to participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
