Manager - AI Architect

Responsibilities: - Lead the Implementation and Solution delivery of AI applications, guiding teams across onshore/offshore locations and facilitating cross-collaboration across all AI streams. - Design end-to-end AI applications, ensuring seamless integration across various commercial and open source tools. - Collaborate closely with business analysts and domain experts to translate business objectives into technical requirements and AI-driven solutions. - Work with product management to design agile project roadmaps and align technical strategies, collaborating with data engineering teams to ensure smooth data flows, quality, and governance. - Lead the design and implementations of reference architectures, roadmaps, and best practices for AI applications. - Stay updated and rapidly adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies, recommending innovative solutions. - Define system components such as data ingestion pipelines, model training environments, CI/CD frameworks, and monitoring systems. - Utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services for efficient deployment and scaling of AI systems, implementing robust versioning, rollback, and monitoring mechanisms. - Ensure the implementation supports scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security best practices. - Maintain a 'Quality by Design' mindset and approach. - Expertise required in C# or Python, ML understanding, and fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science. - Certifications in Azure cloud technologies. - Hands-on knowledge of Fabric.
