Job Description

Support daily People & Culture operations including employee records onboarding and HR documentation.Assist with recruitment activities such as CV screening interview coordination and candidate communication.Coordinate learning and development activities trainings and Accor learning initiatives.Support visa insurance and employee lifecycle processes in line with local regulations.Contribute to employee engagement recognition programs and Heartist activities.Assist with employee relations matters and maintain confidentiality at all times.Maintain accurate HR data trackers and basic reports.Support audits compliance checks and internal HR reviews.Collaborate closely with P&C leadership and hotel departments.Demonstrate strong learning agility professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Hospitality Management or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of relevant internship or work experienceBasic understanding of HR principles; hospitality exposure is an advantageStrong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)High level of professionalism confidentiality and ethical conductWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hotel environmentRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Abinitio,Lifting Equipment,Customer Service,Apache Commons,Business Management Experience: years Vacancy: 1
