Title: Management ConsultantLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesContract: 12 months (with potential extension)OverviewWe are partnering with a leading consulting firm supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across public and private sector entities in the UAE. We are seeking a Management Consultant to contribute to high-impact engagements spanning strategy, operations, and organizational transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and execution of transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, and governance areasContribute to the development of operating models, frameworks, and process improvementsAssist in analyzing business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting implementation effortsDevelop high-quality deliverables, including presentations, reports, and documentation for senior stakeholdersSupport PMO activities, including tracking progress, reporting, and coordinating across workstreamsEngage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across initiativesRequirements3–8 years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry rolesExposure to one or more of the following areas:Business transformationOperating model / TOM designProcess improvement / BPRGovernance, policies, or SOP developmentFinancial planning, budgeting, or performance managementExperience working on complex projects, ideally within consulting or large organizationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to develop clear, structured presentations and documentationAdditional PreferencesPrior experience with government or semi-government entitiesExposure to large-scale transformation or PMO-driven programsFamiliarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or similarExperience in the Middle East region is a plusApply now#J-18808-Ljbffr
