Management Accountant

You will enjoy improving processes, bringing structure, and ensuring the business is always audit-ready.</p><h3>Application details</h3><p><b>Application Deadline:</b>30 April 2026</p><p><b>Department:</b>Central Services, Finance</p><p><b>Location:</b>Riyadh</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare accurate monthly management accounts to tight deadlines.</li><li>Own and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are fully supported, reviewed, and cleared in a timely manner.</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies, unusual balances, and reconciling items.</li><li>Ensure the business is audit-ready at all times, with clear documentation and supporting schedules.</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for auditors, responding to queries and providing evidence as required.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journals, accruals, and prepayments.</li><li>Review financial data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Work closely with AP, AR, payroll, and finance systems to ensure strong data integrity across all ledgers.</li><li>Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and business decision support as required.</li><li>Identify and implement improvements to processes, controls, and reporting.</li></ul><h3>Personal Skills And Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting or a similar role. Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliations, controls, and month-end close.</li><li>Experience preparing for and supporting external audits.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a strong control mindset.</li><li>Confidence working in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Ability to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms and be empathetic across different audiences and cultural sensitivities.</li><li>Resilient, detailed, and creative.</li><li>Be able to handle shifting demands.</li><li>Self‑motivated and resourceful.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic company.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
