Management Accountant

OverviewWe are looking for a highly capable and detail-focused Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role will take ownership of balance sheet integrity, month-end reporting, and audit readiness across the business, within a growing multi-entity and multi-currency environment. You will enjoy improving processes, bringing structure, and ensuring the business is always audit-ready.Application detailsApplication Deadline: 30 April 2026Department: Central Services, FinanceLocation: RiyadhKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate monthly management accounts to tight deadlines.Own and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are fully supported, reviewed, and cleared in a timely manner.Investigate and resolve discrepancies, unusual balances, and reconciling items.Ensure the business is audit-ready at all times, with clear documentation and supporting schedules.Act as a key point of contact for auditors, responding to queries and providing evidence as required.Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journals, accruals, and prepayments.Review financial data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.Work closely with AP, AR, payroll, and finance systems to ensure strong data integrity across all ledgers.Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and business decision support as required.Identify and implement improvements to processes, controls, and reporting.Personal Skills And ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting or a similar role.
