Management Accountant / Revenue Accountant

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Management Accountant / Revenue Accountant with strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience in revenue accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations, along with technical skills in and basic graphic tools (Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop). The role supports accurate financial reporting, revenue integrity, and professional presentation of financial and operational documents.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinancePrepare and analyze management accounts, monthly reports, and variance analysis.Handle revenue recognition, billing validation, accruals, and deferrals in accordance with applicable accounting standards.Reconcile revenue, receivables, and deferred income accounts.Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.Coordinate with operations, sales, and billing teams to resolve revenue discrepancies.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations.Revenue & BillingReview invoices for accuracy, pricing logic, and quantity validation.Monitor outstanding receivables and support collections follow‑ups.Ensure contractual terms are correctly reflected in billing and revenue reports.Technical / Documentation SupportEdit, format, and consolidate PDF documents (invoices, contracts, reports).Use Adobe Acrobat / Photoshop (or similar tools) to:Clean, adjust, and standardize financial documentsExtract, modify, and combine scanned documentsImprove clarity and professional presentation of reportsSupport document preparation for clients, auditors, and management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
