Management Accountant

<div><p>The client is headquartered in Saudi Arabia and is looking to hire a Management Accountant for their team at Al Khobar.</p><h3>Roles&Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts finalizing</li><li>Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts</li><li>Managing VAT Returns filings</li><li>Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters</li><li>Undertake financial audits</li><li>Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.</li><li>Managing company overheads and Accounts payable.</li><li>Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities</li><li>Maintaining records&safe keeping of organization confidential matters.</li><li>Maintaining Payroll, Depreciation Schedule, Costing, including P&L activity, balance sheet activity (deferrals, accruals).</li><li>Maintaining and handling case file of Payment deflated customers.</li><li>Interacting with lawyers and giving report to top management. External Stakeholders – Banks, auditors, lawyers, across the group - CFO, HR&Admin</li></ul><h3>Requirement :</h3><ul><li>CA passed, experience with management accounts</li><li>8 to 10 years experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably electronic/electrical.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in general accounting&finalization P&L and BS.</li><li>Understanding of Financial statement and Books of Accounts and analyse</li><li>Coordinating with auditor for financial submission, VAT, Corporate Tax</li><li>Working experience Under Chartered accountant or Similar Titles</li><li>Payrolls and settlements, general and basic administration</li><li>Understanding of legal aspects various contracts and follow-up with lawyers for legal matters</li><li>Follow-up for general receivables and old dues and bad debts</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
