Job Title : Managed Services Consultant – JeddahLocation: JeddahExperience: 5+ yearsSalary: 20K SAR to 28K SARWe are looking for an experienced Managed Services Consultant with strong expertise in Splunk and SIEM environments to join our team in Jeddah.Key Responsibilities:Administration of the Splunk Enterprise environment including deployment, user management, license management, upgrades, patch deployment, configuration, change management, reporting, backup, and recovery.Onboarding and integration of new log sources.Security use case development using Splunk Enterprise Security and creation of SIEM content such as correlation rules, reports, templates, and queries.Manage and follow up on SIEM support tickets when required.Monitor log sources and troubleshoot issues when logs are not being received.Periodically review existing Splunk configurations and recommend enhancements.Develop and maintain security use cases, dashboards, alerts, and reports.Create custom correlation rules for devices based on business requirements.Support regulatory audits within the Kingdom by providing evidence from the SIEM solution.Develop parsing rules for non-standard logs.Configure threat feeds, IoCs, Sigma rules, and advisories provided by regulators and globally recognized organizations.Administer the Splunk UBA environment.Ingest CIM-compliant data, raw events, and HR data from the Splunk platform into Splunk UBA.Monitor the health of Splunk UBA using the monitoring app and manage backups and failovers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
