As a Logistics Operations Coordinator Intern (Tamheer) based in Jeddah, you will support daily logistics and warehouse operations while gaining hands-on experience in a global healthcare environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence, improve inventory accuracy, and support processes that ultimately impact patient care. You will work cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse and customer care teams while developing foundational skills in supply chain operations. Responsibilities Coordinate daily operational workflows and follow up on logistics activities Manage stock movements, inventory transactions and SAP adjustments Monitor and resolve discrepancies between SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS) Track quality notifications (QNs), quarantines, damages and recalls, ensuring accurate documentation Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy tracking and reporting Create stock transport orders (STOs) and coordinate inter-distribution center shipments Maintain write-off and write-on records and support scrap processes Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and customer care teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain operational trackers and prepare daily and weekly reports Qualifications Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Eligible for the Tamheer program Registered in TAQAT Not currently registered in GOSI No prior participation in the Tamheer program Fluent in English, both written and spoken Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn Passion for contributing to improvements that impact patient lives Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations Familiarity with SAP or similar systems Requisition ID: 626592 Boston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
