Job Description As a Makeup Artist at KIKO Milano Beauty Store in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your role will involve blending makeup artistry with retail sales. You will be responsible for performing makeup consultations and applications for customers, staying updated with current makeup trends and product innovations, and demonstrating and promoting KIKO Milano products to meet sales targets & KPI. Your focus should be on delivering excellent customer service & loyalty, upkeeping the store as per Brand standards, supporting visual merchandising and inventory management, and working collaboratively with the store team to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Perform makeup consultations and applications for customers. - Stay updated with current makeup trends, techniques, and product innovations. - Demonstrate and promote KIKO Milano products to meet sales targets & KPI. - Deliver excellent customer service & loyalty. - Upkeep of the store as per Brand standards, at all times. - Support visual merchandising and inventory management as needed. - Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business goals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. - Strong makeup skills with practical experience or portfolio preferred. - Knowledge of current makeup trends and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty and cosmetics. - Willingness to work 6 days a week in a retail environment.
