Maintenance Technician (Mobile Devices & Electronics)Location: RiyadhWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to handle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and accessories. The role requires strong technical expertise, customer interaction, and adherence to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough device inspections and diagnostics to identify hardware and software issues.Perform repairs and troubleshooting, ensuring devices are restored to full functionality.Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries regarding device usage and issues.Replace faulty or damaged parts and ensure in-warranty parts are returned daily.Maintain accurate repair records and update customer service files accordingly.Handle maintenance of smartphones, tablets, laptops, wearables, and audio products.Process repair claims through the Huawei system, ensuring accurate fault codes, repair methods, and classification levels.Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair processes and providing preventive maintenance advice.Ensure all work meets quality assurance standards and company guidelines.Manage and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper functionality.Follow all health and safety procedures during repair activities.Continuously develop technical skills and stay updated with new technologies.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.Proven experience in device repair and maintenance (mobile, laptops, etc.).Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.Familiarity with repair systems and documentation processes.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
