The role requires strong technical expertise, customer interaction, and adherence to quality standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct thorough<b>device inspections and diagnostics</b>to identify hardware and software issues.</li><li>Perform<b>repairs and troubleshooting</b>, ensuring devices are restored to full functionality.</li><li>Provide<b>technical support</b>and respond to customer inquiries regarding device usage and issues.</li><li>Replace faulty or damaged parts and ensure<b>in-warranty parts are returned daily</b>.</li><li>Maintain accurate<b>repair records</b>and update customer service files accordingly.</li><li>Handle maintenance of<b>smartphones, tablets, laptops, wearables, and audio products</b>.</li><li>Process repair claims through the<b>Huawei system</b>, ensuring accurate fault codes, repair methods, and classification levels.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair processes and providing preventive maintenance advice.</li><li>Ensure all work meets<b>quality assurance standards</b>and company guidelines.</li><li>Manage and maintain<b>tools and equipment</b>, ensuring proper functionality.</li><li>Follow all<b>health and safety procedures</b>during repair activities.</li><li>Continuously develop technical skills and stay updated with new technologies.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in<b>device repair and maintenance</b>(mobile, laptops, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>hardware and software troubleshooting</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with repair systems and documentation processes.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
