Maintenance Technician - Electrical

<div><h3><b>MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB</b></h3><p>To safeguard uninterrupted hospital operations and patient safety by expertly installing, repairing, and maintaining all plumbing, water-supply, and drainage systems. The role applies advanced pipefitting knowledge.</p><h3><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS</b></h3><p>Ability to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.</p><p>Knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, and pipefitting.</p><h3><b>REQUIRED EDUCATION</b></h3><p>A relevant technical diploma or trade certificate from an internationally accredited institution.</p><h3><b>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE</b></h3><p>At least 2 years' relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting.</p><h3><b>REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</b></h3><ul><li>Building management systems and lighting control systems;</li><li>Knowledge of current wiring regulations;</li><li>Relevant JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standards.</li></ul><p>All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
