The role is critical in ensuring that infrastructure, utilities, safety systems, and support services operate efficiently and in full compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage day-to-day facility operations, including buildings, utilities, and infrastructure</li><li>Oversee maintenance of HVAC, water systems, compressed air, electrical systems, and critical utilities</li><li>Ensure facility compliance with<b>EDE</b>,<b>GMP, EHS, MOHAP, and local regulatory requirements</b></li><li>Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules</li><li>Manage external vendors, service providers, and contractors</li><li>Oversee facility documentation, SOPs, logs, and audit readiness</li><li>Support inspections, audits, and regulatory visits</li><li>Ensure workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation</li><li>Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and sustainability initiatives</li><li>Work closely with Engineering, QA, Production, and EHS teams</li><li>HVAC systems (classified areas, cleanrooms, AHUs)</li><li>Compressed air&vacuum systems</li><li>Steam boilers and chillers</li><li>Electrical systems, DG sets&UPS</li><li>Firefighting&safety systems</li><li>Production-support equipment and utilities</li><li>Utility monitoring, alarms, and BMS</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in<b>pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GMP-regulated environments</b></li><li>Strong understanding of GMP utilities and compliance requirements</li><li>Experience managing contractors and service agreements</li><li>Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and EHS standards</li><li>Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills</li></ul><h3>Why Join Medisal</h3><ul><li>Be part of a<b>UAE-based pharmaceutical manufacturing leader</b></li><li>Work in a regulated, high-impact healthcare environment</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to national medicine security and local manufacturing growth</li><li>Professional, stable, and growth-oriented workplace</li></ul><p><b>Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via LinkedIn or email to careers@medisalpharma.com</b></p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
