Maintenance Supervisor (3PL)

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Maintenance Operations ManagementSupervise daily, preventive, and breakdown maintenance activities across warehouses and properties.Ensure uptime and operational efficiency of all building services and infrastructure.Attend to emergency maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.B. Electro-Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing WorksMaintain electrical panels, lighting systems, power outlets, generators (if applicable).Oversee plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sanitary fittings, and pumps.Coordinate HYAC maintenance and minor repairs.C. Civil, Carpentry & Structural MaintenanceManage civil works including flooring, walls, roofing, painting, waterproofing, and minor structural repairs.Supervise carpentry jobs such as doors, racks, partitions, furniture, and fixtures.D. CCTV, Security & Low-Voltage SystemsEnsure functionality and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and cabling.Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and vendor support for security systems.E. Pest Control & Housekeeping CoordinationEnsure scheduled pest control activities are conducted across facilities.Monitor vendor performance and compliance with safety standards.F. Vendor, AMC & Contractor ManagementManage maintenance vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers.Ensure quality, cost control, and adherence to timelines.Verify work completion and approve service reports.G. Documentation, Compliance & ReportingMaintain maintenance logs, service records, and asset registers.Ensure compliance with safety, QHSE, and statutory requirements.Prepare periodic maintenance reports and budgets.H. Team Supervision & CoordinationAllocate work to technicians and monitor performance.Coordinate with warehouse operations, tenants, and management.Ensure safe working practices and toolbox talks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
