Maintenance Specialist Vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAEWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.Responsibilities:Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.Order necessary supplies and materials for maintenance work.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or facilities.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Attention to detail and efficient task prioritization.Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary.Preferred:Experience in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).This is a part-time position without accommodation.
