The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance work and be able to handle a variety of tasks with precision and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesConduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on facilities, equipment, and machinery.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Perform regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner.Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed.Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.Adhere to safety protocols at all times.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance work.Strong technical skills in one or more areas such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail.Good communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
