As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment and facilities in our company. This is a full‑time position, with no accommodation provided.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needsPerform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating parts, and replacing worn‑out componentsTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and perform necessary repairsKeep accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and upcoming maintenance schedulesCollaborate with other team members to prioritize and efficiently complete maintenance tasksMonitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability when neededAdhere to all company safety procedures while performing maintenance tasksRequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Specialist or similar roleStrong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical wiringProficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentAbility to read technical manuals and schematicsExcellent problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detailGood communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when neededIf you have a passion for maintaining equipment and facilities in top working condition, then we want to hear from you!
