OverviewMAINTENANCE PLANNING ENGINEER INSTRUMENT M/FWe currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy, Qatar for a Maintenance Planning Engineer – Instrument. Prime responsibility is planning daily maintenance activities with the goal of right-first-time job performance to maximize equipment reliability, while improving maintenance tool time and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor and non-labor resources including materials and services.The role requires the ability to remove uncertainty to execute planning in a systematic, efficient and economical way with a forecasted maintenance job planning approach. The candidate should independently develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work to meet budgets and schedules. This position is opened to people with disabilitiesProfile – Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s Engineering degree (12+4 years) in Instrumentation. 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industries. Hands-on experience with the Work Order part of EAM (enterprise asset maintenance) module of SAP is preferable.
