The role is responsible for planning daily maintenance activities, ensuring right‑first‑time job performance, maximizing equipment reliability, and improving maintenance tool time and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays.ResponsibilitiesPlan daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and reduce delays.Coordinate labor, non‑labor resources, materials, and services.Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work to meet budgets and schedules.Execute planning systematically, efficiently, and economically with a forecasted maintenance job planning approach.Use SAP Maintenance module (preferably SAP S4‑HANA) for order planning, purchase requisitions, service entry sheets, call‑off orders, service orders, and maintenance master data creation, updation, deletion.Routine maintenance job planning, spares and materials management, work progress reporting, annual look‑ahead plan and cost optimization.QualificationsBachelor’s Engineering degree in Electrical (12+4 years education).Minimum 10‑12 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry.Hands‑on experience with Work Order part of EAM module in SAP.Proficiency in SAP S4‑HANA including maintenance master data functions.Fluent in English (written and verbal).Good interpersonal, organizational and computer literacy skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.Fit to work authorization.BenefitsLong‑term contract with attractive daily rate, insurance coverage, transportation, and expat standard accommodation.Minimum experience: 6 years or moreRequired authorisationsFit to workLanguagesEnglish (Professional working proficiency)EEO StatementSPIE Global Services Energy is committed to promoting diversity.
