Maintenance Planner

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Create, and manage work orders, ensuring clear scope, safety, and resource allocation. Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed plans and schedules for routine and complex maintenance, prioritizing tasks for minimal operational disruption. Resource Coordination: Ensure availability of manpower, specialized tools, materials, and parts, coordinating with procurement and stores. Job Package Preparation: Compile complete job packages with step-by-step instructions, safety protocols, and necessary permits for technicians. Data Management: for record-keeping, tracking history, and generating reports for analysis. Liaison & Communication: Act as a key between production, maintenance teams, and other departments to align schedules and goals. Continuous Improvement: Analyze maintenance data, identify reliability issues, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and uptime.
