Maintenance Head

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all factory equipment and facilities.Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure timely and effective preventive and corrective maintenance.Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.Evaluate and procure tools, equipment and spare parts necessary for maintenance activities.Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess equipment performance and identify potential issues.Collaborate with production and planning teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history and performance metrics.Implement initiatives to reduce downtime, enhance efficiency and extend the lifecycle of equipment.Provide training and mentorship to the maintenance team to develop their technical expertise.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).8 years of experience in maintenance management preferably in the construction or precast manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and automation systems used in construction factories.Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Effective leadership and team management capabilities.Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
