Maintenance Engineering Manager – MEA

An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of most successful and highly established FMCG businesses in the Gulf region. The business is currently looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai.ResponsibilitiesManage the standardization of the maintenance engineering throughout the sub-region of MEA in coordination with the Regional Operations TeamImplement best practice maintenance engineering processes/standards across the regionLiaise with the Lean Enterprise to drive improvements in the engineering processOversee the management of improvement projects to reduce costs and increase the process efficiencyQualificationsBachelors Degree in Engineering, MBA would be an advantageMinimum of 4-5 years of engineering experience within a leadership positionStrong command of MS Office, experience in six sigma project would be an advantageMust be fluent in English, knowledge of the Arabic and French language would be an advantageExcellent analytical, communication and leadership abilityMust be flexible to travelThis is an excellent opportunity to progress within a role that offers you variety and the opportunity to make a change within a leading organisation.
