Maintenance Engineer / Facilities supervisor , Reliability Maintenance Engineering

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineer. The focus of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering engineer role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.Shift Pattern: This role includes working in non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends.Key Job ResponsibilitiesPut health & safety best practices first in all work carried out ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and regulations.Develop preventive and predictive maintenance of FC assets including material handling and automation systems.Be experienced in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting any of the following: relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors & scanners, motor starters, relays, limit switches, electronic sensors, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, sorters, mechanical components (rolls, bearing, belts).Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and promote safe working across the site.Manage day-to-day engineering and soft services including housekeeping and upkeep of premises.Manage EHS and statutory compliance of FC including waste management and hazardous waste management as per bylaws, timely renewal of licenses.Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization.Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.Prioritize and manage resources under high pressure.Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including conveyor system maintenance, supervise maintenance work and sub-contractors, and ensure implementation of facility systems checks through computerized maintenance management system; provide technical guidance for MHE and BB maintenance.Support technicians by motivating, providing knowledge and hands-on experience.Basic QualificationsMaster's degree in a relevant field, or 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with material handling equipment (MHE).Master's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 2+ years of facilities management experience.Bachelor's degree (within last 12 months) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent, or an Associate's degree or above and experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate.Company - Afaq - Warehouse BranchJob ID: A3195576#J-18808-Ljbffr
