Ten (10) or more years in a management position of which at least five (5) years were on F-15 aircraft in a supervisory position in a Maintenance Operations, Quality Control, Intermediate Maintenance or Organizational Flight within an RSAF Maintenance Squadron.2. Must have experience or close familiarity with all shops and facilities in both the Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance areas of the Maintenance Squadron.3. Must possess an extensive working knowledge of RSAF regulations, publications, and Technical Manuals.4.
