Machine Technician - Plastic Cup/Bottle Making Machine

DescriptionApt Resources is currently hiring a dedicated Machine Technician for Plastic Cup and Bottle Making Machines to join our clients manufacturing facility in Abu this role you will be responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of machinery that produces plastic cups and bottles ensuring high efficiency and quality standards in the production process.Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in minimizing downtime and optimizing machine performance.ResponsibilitiesPerform installation maintenance and repair of plastic cup and bottle making machines.Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct necessary corrective actions to ensure machine reliability.Calibrate and adjust machines and equipment for optimal production performance.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to prevent operational failures.Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth production process.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.Proven experience as a Machine Technician particularly with plastic manufacturing machinery.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and diagrams.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality products.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.BenefitsSalary: To be discussed.Required Experience:IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
