At Julphar, we are on a journey of culture transformation & our mission is to provide a better quality of life for the entire family by delivering best in class solutions and real value with compassion and professionalism.Our core values: Respect, Collaboration, innovation, Integrity and Compassion - Combined with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities - are key drivers in our aim to make a positive impact on the lives of the patients we serve, enable Talents , create a healthy work environment, and accomplish our goals through world‑class research and with the compassion and commitment of our employees.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment as per approved SOPs and GMP requirements, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, and Supply standards.Safety ResponsibilitiesExecute daily operations in compliance with EMS and HSE standards, using appropriate PPE and safe practices.Identify, reduce, and prevent environmental impacts and operational risks.Contribute to EHS activities, audits, and continual improvement initiatives.Quality ResponsibilitiesPerform operations strictly as per SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to GDP practices.Report deviations, malfunctions, or nonconformities promptly to the immediate supervisor.Supply ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth machine operation to achieve planned production targets.Coordinate with Maintenance and QA teams to minimize downtime.Support line clearance, cleaning, and changeover activities as required.Qualification / Functional KnowledgeHigh school or Diploma in relevant field.Functional knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, understand the operation process.Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience.We value people from different backgrounds.
