Machine Operator Before Scalding

Position OverviewBG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a wellreputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Machine Operator (Before Scalding) to operate and monitor equipment in the early stages of the poultry processing line specifically the machinery used before scalding. This includes shackling, stunning and ensuring the proper flow and handling of live poultry in compliance with animal welfare safety and operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate and monitor the Giblet Line to ensure proper removal of internal organs.Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and product quality.Ensure a continuous flow of poultry through the Giblet line.Perform quality checks to ensure offals are properly eviscerated/segregated and meet standards.Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of the Giblet Line/Gizzard machine to meet hygiene regulations.Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent machine breakdowns.Report mechanical issues to the maintenance and production manager for repairs and fix it.Follow strict biosecurity and food safety procedures.Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, USDA, GMP).Follow all workplace safety protocols including proper use of PPE.Maintain accurate records of maintenance data including downtime and machine performance.Assist in training new workers on proper machine operation and safety guidelines.Inspect & coordinate of edible offals for defects and report any irregularities to the quality control team.Work closely with quality assurance personnel to ensure product consistency.Coordinate with process team to monitor waste levels and work to minimize product loss.RequirementsMinimum 5 years in Poultry Processing Plant & 2 years in maintenance department.Diploma or High School qualification.Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).BenefitsSalary plus Benefits.Opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing company.Career growth and development opportunities.Dynamic and professional work environment.Additional QualificationsA 3‑year Diploma in Administration or any relevant qualification.Minimum of 2 years of experience in timekeeping, attendance management, or productivity monitoring within a manufacturing or food processing environment.Proficiency in SAP for managing procurement and production data.Strong understanding of workforce planning, attendance tracking, and productivity control.Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement processes, and HSE standards.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
