<div><p>Our Large MEP Contracting Client has a new requirement for a well experienced LV Sales&Estimation Engineer to join their team in Dubai. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Sales and Estimation Engineer identifying and developing new business in commercial build, data centres, O&G and Utilities sectors in the UAE and beyond having worked for recognised main or MEP contracting companies previously. This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity, employed by our client.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Handle technical sales and estimation activities for LV systems projects</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial buildings, data centres, oil&gas, and utility sectors</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements</li><li>Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in line with tender requirements</li><li>Support project/tendering, negotiations, and order closure activities</li><li>Accurate preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for LV systems</li><li>Timely submission of tenders and compliance with specifications and standards</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with the OEM partner</li><li>Provide technical support during pre-bid and post-bid stages</li><li>Ensure alignment with internal engineering, procurement, and project teams</li><li>Value addition to optimizing the usage of components and make</li><li>Team building</li><li>Understand customer and utility requirements</li><li>Capability development</li><li>Overall program co-ordination</li><li>Technical solutions based on OEM such as ABB, Eaton, LS, Siemens, Schneider and familiarization with relevant IEC standards</li><li>Customer support</li><li>Project profitability</li><li>Quality management and documentation</li><li>Process improvement</li></ul><h3>LV Sales&Estimation Engineer Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or a related field</li><li>5–6 years of relevant experience in sales and estimation of LV systems preferred with UAE market experience; Proven exposure to commercial buildings, data centres, BMS, oil&gas, and utility projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and ELV systems, including</li><li>Building Management Systems (BMS) and Data Centre LV infrastructure</li><li>Commercial building electrical requirements</li><li>Good understanding of tender documents, drawings, and specifications, contract conditions</li><li>Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and international standards</li><li>Sound understanding of UAE authority regulations, including (as applicable): DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Civil Defence, Etisalat / DU (ELV scope)</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and estimation tools</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Mandatory valid UAE driving license</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
