Luxury Real Estate Developer Senior Electrical Engineer/Design

AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer to join our engineering team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for high-end residential projects, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and safety. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to integrate innovative electrical solutions that enhance the functionality and comfort of our luxury properties.ResponsibilitiesFunctional Accountabilities:Review Electrical design documents, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and BOQs, taking into consideration best international codes/standards, local authorities/service providers regulations, ease of maintenance, QA/QC guidelines, cost, and sales agreements obligations.Provide technical support to respond to pre-qualification documents, electrical material submittals, RFI, RFPs, TEOs, invoices, and agreements with service providers.Coordinate and liaise with other team members, including mechanical engineers, architects, structural engineers, infrastructure engineers, landscaping engineers, project management team, commercial team, and FM team.Policies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresFollow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Always demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.Continuous ImprovementContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plusProven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer in the luxury residential sector (7+ years)Strong knowledge of electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and engineering calculationsIn-depth understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teamsProfessional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.Why Join AHS?Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking company that embraces innovation and creativity in the luxury real estate market.Career Advancement: Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development, with a clear path for career progression.Collaborative Culture: Join a team-oriented environment where collaboration and mutual support are highlyCompetitive Compensation: Receive a competitive salary and benefits package that rewards your hard work and dedication.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a supportive work environment that values work-life balance and employee well-being.Please Note: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
