We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Change Attendant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer service and vehicle maintenance.Job SummaryThe Lube Change Attendant will be responsible for performing oil changes and other basic maintenance services on vehicles. This includes checking and topping off fluids, inspecting and replacing filters, and performing tire rotations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as providing excellent customer service to all clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes and other basic maintenance services on vehicles according to manufacturer specificationsCheck and top off fluids, including oil, coolant, and windshield washer fluidInspect and replace filters, such as oil, air, and cabin filtersRotate tires and perform tire pressure checksMaintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of used oil and other materials properlyProvide exceptional customer service to all clients, including answering questions and addressing concernsFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentKeep track of inventory and order supplies as neededAttend training and development programs to stay updated on new techniques and technologiesPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in automotive maintenance preferredKnowledge of oil change procedures and basic vehicle maintenanceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic computer skillsMust be physically able to lift and move heavy objects, such as tires and oil drumsMust be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysBenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth insurancePaid time offTraining and development opportunitiesFriendly and supportive work environmentIf you are a hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for automotive maintenance, we encourage you to apply for the position of Lube Change Attendant at Star Services LLC.
