The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries.Job BriefThe incumbent helps the sales representatives improve their productivity by supporting them with any task related to administrative duties.AccountabilitiesAdhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.LPOCirculating LPOs and contracts via e-mail to the concerned Salesperson.Forwarding email to the concerned department coordinator for updating product delivery schedule.Maintain Database of LPOs & Contract Copies and other documentation files in the company shared drive for easy and quick references.Coordinating with Sales Coordinator and sales staff for LPO.Support and assist fellow team members/departments, as and when needed to meet company/department goals.Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues.Identify problems and address them to the team leader.Respond to any inquiries regarding the department and tasks.Prepare sales order checklist.DocumentationEnsure all FOC sales orders must have Sales Supervisor/Division Managers approvals.DatabaseMaintain database of quotations/tenders/other documentation files in the company shared drive for easy and quick references.RequirementsExperience: 1 year as applicable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
