Amazon | Posted Feb 27 | Full-time | Riyadh Region | Negotiable | Advanced (5-10 yrs)</p><p>Would you like to be part of a team focused on driving innovation in the transportation industry while working to empower entrepreneurs and contribute to Amazon’s sustainability goals?</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as advisor and operating partner to Amazon DSPs (Logistics Supply chain Managers) as they build and grow middle-mile businesses.</li><li>Manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business, helping solve challenges, influence business planning and strategy, identify obstacles, and propose solutions to set DSP owners up for success.</li><li>Partner with 25-30 DSP owners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including entrepreneurs with varying levels of logistics experience.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Program Managers, Compliance, Finance) to ensure compliance and success during launch and scale.</li><li>Remove obstacles and improve financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level; monitor and enforce policies; build feedback channels with DSPs and product/strategy teams.</li><li>Travel between multiple sites to engage with business owners weekly as required.</li></ul><h3>Day in the life / Key activities</h3><ul><li>Safety: ensure business safety compliance with OTR Safety and Regional Managers.</li><li>Performance: guide owners as they scale, manage operations, and ramp up for peak periods; onboard new launches; upskill using AMZL tools; identify customer metric improvements; uphold Last Mile processes; coach for compliant, safe, high-performing companies.</li><li>Experience: develop relationships with Amazon and DSP partners; align communications with DSP owners; be the voice of the DSP in AMZL; improve driver standards to protect brand image.</li><li>Capacity Management: work with DSPs to deliver ramp plans and pipeline goals to meet peak volume.</li></ul><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers; bachelor’s degree.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>4+ years in client or vendor-facing roles focusing on relationship management and negotiation.</li><li>Experience aggregating and analyzing campaign metrics to derive insights.</li><li>MBA.</li></ul><p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
