Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.</p><h3>What You’ll Work On</h3><h3>Demand&Logistics</h3><ul><li>Coordinate receipt and compilation of original shipping documents and ensure timely sharing with distributors.</li><li>Verify shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, COO, CoA, batch details, and AWB/B/L accuracy before shipment.</li><li>Follow up with distributors on customs clearance, delivery confirmation, and timely stock receipt.</li><li>Support finished goods collection from local TPMs and track GRNs and FG releases to ensure on‑time completion.</li><li>Monitor inventory and expiry exposure through distributor stock reports and support witnessing expired goods destruction at distributor sites, escalating risks proactively.</li><li>Initiate and track goods transfers and movements as per distributor or business requirements.</li><li>Review and support validation of logistics‑related claims (e.g., demurrage) in line with internal controls.</li><li><b>Support Monthly Forecast Preparation</b>– Assist in collecting sales inputs, historical data, and market updates to support monthly demand forecasting.</li><li><b>Update Demand Planning Files&Trackers</b>– Maintain and update forecast trackers, ADS files, TMS/IMS records, and basic reporting templates.</li><li><b>PO Monitoring&distributor Follow‑Up</b>– Track purchase orders from submission to delivery and follow up with customers to ensure timely processing and payments.</li><li><b>Assist in S&OP Meeting Preparation</b>– Prepare basic slides, charts, and data summaries needed for Demand Review and S&OP meetings.</li><li><b>Coordinate with Cross‑Functional Teams</b>– Liaise with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams to gather missing data and clarify basic issues.</li><li><b>Documentation&System Updates</b>– Assist in maintaining updated product master data, including NPIs and phase outs, in tools like PRIME, SAP, or internal trackers.</li></ul><h3>EHS (Environment, Health&Safety)</h3><ul><li><b>KM&Fuel Data Management</b><ul><li>Ensure timely collection, consolidation, and reporting of monthly Kilometers (KM) and fuel consumption data by the defined monthly deadline.</li></ul></li><li><b>Safety&Injury Prevention</b><ul><li>Maintain a zero at‑fault significant injury record through proactive monitoring, coaching, and implementation of safety protocols.</li></ul></li><li><b>EHS Training&Compliance</b><ul><li>Achieve and sustain over 95% compliance with all Lead Indicator requirements, including :</li><li>Annual EHS online training</li><li>Monthly safety awareness programs</li><li>New employee EHS orientation</li><li>Commentary driving sessions for high‑risk drivers</li><li>Annual mock drill execution at commercial sites</li><li>Annual Emergency Response Team (ERT) training</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for all training and audit requirements.</li></ul></li><li><b>Implementation of EHS Initiatives</b><ul><li>Execute key EHS initiatives in alignment with the annual plan, ensuring :</li><li>Minimum two EHS communications per month</li><li>Monthly updates to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)</li></ul></li><li><b>Incident Reporting&Post‑Incident Coaching</b><ul><li>Ensure timely reporting of all EHS‑related incidents, including vehicle crashes, within required timelines.</li><li>Conduct structured post‑incident coaching for all at‑fault crashes and maintain relevant documentation.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Sample Lead – Monitoring, Dispensing&Reconciliation</h3><ul><li><b>Sample Monitoring&Documentation</b><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation related to sample handling, dispensing, and inventory.</li><li>Ensure all records fully comply with internal SOPs and audit requirements.</li></ul></li><li><b>Quarterly Sample Reconciliation</b><ul><li>Conduct quarterly re
