This role offers an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence, improve inventory accuracy, and support processes that ultimately impact patient care. You will work cross‑functionally with logistics, warehouse and customer care teams while developing foundational skills in supply chain operations.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate daily operational workflows and follow up on logistics activitiesManage stock movements, inventory transactions and SAP adjustmentsMonitor and resolve discrepancies between SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)Track quality notifications (QNs), quarantines, damages and recalls, ensuring accurate documentationSupport cycle counts and inventory accuracy tracking and reportingCreate stock transport orders (STOs) and coordinate inter‑distribution center shipmentsMaintain write‑off and write‑on records and support scrap processesCollaborate with warehouse, logistics and customer care teams to ensure smooth operationsMaintain operational trackers and prepare daily and weekly reportsQualifications:Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldEligible for the Tamheer programRegistered in TAQATNot currently registered in GOSINo prior participation in the Tamheer programFluent in English, both written and spokenStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive mindset with a strong willingness to learnPassion for contributing to improvements that impact patient livesPreferred qualifications:Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics operationsFamiliarity with SAP or similar systemsRequisition ID: 626592Job Segment: Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Patient Care, Operations Manager, Operations, Manufacturing, Healthcare#J-18808-Ljbffr
