Logistics Operation Manager

Job DescriptionPosition ResponsibilitiesLogistics strategy and mechanism building: build and update the logistics strategy and management mechanism according to company’s strategy planning and annual business plan.Build the well coordination mechanism with customer and forwarder: strengthen the communication with customers and forwarders, and make sure build a well communication mechanism and business process, guarantee the business can be operated smoothlyDesign or optimize the business process and SOP: continually improve the business process and design the new process and rules according to the needful of business. And do the training for all related employees.Help and assess the logistics team: with clear rules and process to support logistics teamwork, and assess the team according to company assessment requirementsOptimizing and improving the logistics IT system support business high efficient operation: continually think about the business process and IT system if can support more efficient and support team have a high efficient and accuracy working.Position Skills & RequirementsExperience: At least 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in logistics transportation management in Saudi Arabia (experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plus).System Knowledge: Must be fast and accurate using TMS, WMS and office software.Communication: Good communication skills in Arabic and English to talk with both forwarders and the customer logistics team.Problem Solving: Ability to improve cost management as per company’s policy.Location: Must be willing to work on‑site at the SILZ area in Riyadh.Nationality: 1 position is open to Any Nationality, it is priority if can speak Chinese.Job SpecificationProven experience in logistics management within the manufacturing sector.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.Job Rewards and BenefitsHealth Insurance, Life Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
