The ideal candidate must have hands-on logistics experience within a manufacturing environment and be currently based in Qatar. The role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely material movement, compliance with local regulations, and smooth coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials and finished goodsLiaise with freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and warehousesEnsure compliance with Qatar customs regulations, documentation, and import/export proceduresTrack shipments and resolve delivery delays, damages, or discrepanciesCoordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to support manufacturing schedulesPrepare and verify logistics documentation including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customs papersMonitor logistics costs and support cost-optimization initiativesMaintain accurate logistics records and reportsEnsure adherence to HSE and company policies related to logistics operationsRequirements & QualificationsBachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field3–6 years of logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of local logistics operations and customs clearance in QatarExperience handling local transportation, warehousing, and vendor coordinationProficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)Strong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMandatory CriteriaMust be currently available in QatarManufacturing/Heavy industries/supply chain/procurement industriesValid Qatar ID with transferable visa (preferred)Preferred SkillsExperience working with industrial materials or factory supply chainsKnowledge of INCOTERMSCost control and vendor negotiation exposure#J-18808-Ljbffr
