Logistics Finance Operations Specialist

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are looking for a<b>Logistics Finance Specialist</b>to join our growing operations team and support the financial processes related to logistics suppliers and freelance captains.</p><p>This role plays a key part in ensuring<b>accurate settlements, smooth payment operations, and financial reconciliation across logistics operations</b>.</p><p>You will work closely with<b>Operations, Finance, and Vendor teams</b>to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payments.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare and review supplier and logistics settlement reports</li><li>Reconcile supplier invoices with operational data and system records</li><li>Manage freelancer and captain payment settlements</li><li>Monitor captain wallet balances and process adjustments or deductions when required</li><li>Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and financial issues</li><li>Validate and process logistics-related invoices</li><li>Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment cycles</li><li>Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and operational finance controls</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li>2-4 years of experience in Finance Operations, Settlements, or Logistics Finance</li><li>Experience with reconciliation, settlements, and invoice validation</li><li>Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large operational datasets</li><li>High attention to detail and strong analytical skills</li><li>Experience working with logistics, delivery platforms, or marketplace operations is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
