OverviewLogistics CoordinatorWe are currently seeking a highly efficient and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain process.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track shipments to ensure timely deliveryCommunicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth transportation of goodsPrepare and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentsMonitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for replenishmentHandle any issues or delays in the shipping processEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and company policiesManage logistics budget and negotiate rates with carriersContinuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costsRequirementsIndian nationality preferredPrevious experience in a logistics or supply chain role is not required but preferredExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customersProficient in MS Office applications including Excel for data analysisMust be able to work full-time without accommodation in Sharjah on an urgent basis#J-18808-Ljbffr
