OverviewLogistics Coordinator (Indian/Malayalee)We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be an Indian or Malayalee national with excellent communication skills in English.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate transportation of goods from suppliers to customersEnsure timely delivery of goods by monitoring shipment schedulesNegotiate rates with carriers and logistics providersMaintain accurate records of all shipments and tracking informationMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishmentCommunicate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics processesHandle any issues or delays that may arise during transportationRequirementsIndian or Malayalee national preferredProficient in English, both written and verbalProven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar roleKnowledge of supply chain management and logistics principlesExperience negotiating rates with carriers and logistics providersFamiliarity with biometric passport requirements is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAdditional details: This is a full-time position without accommodation.
