Logistics Coordinator

In this role, you will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, and ensure compliance with documentation and customs standards. You will also serve as the primary logistics contact for assigned customer accounts, working closely with internal teams and transport providers to maintain efficient operations and high service quality.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely receipt and shipment of goodsVerify shipments against documentation and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS and physical stockCoordinate with transport providers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient warehouse operationsPrepare and manage all shipping and compliance documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customs requirementsConduct cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and optimize warehouse layout and storageMonitor KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiativesServe as primary logistics contact for assigned customer accountsSupport reporting and business performance reviews, including monthly billing and operational reportingEngage in stimulating tasks within a diverse and international environment with world-known customersQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination, ideally in a role involving both inbound and outbound processesHands-on experience in inventory management, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and use of WMSExperience preparing and managing shipping and compliance documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customs documentationFamiliarity with coordinating transport providers, monitoring order fulfillment, and ensuring timely deliveriesDemonstrated ability to monitor KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse and logistics workflowsPrevious exposure to customer-facing logistics responsibilities is a plus, including acting as the main contact for assigned accountsExperience working in cross-functional teams (warehouse, IT, transport, or customer service) is highly desirableBenefits and PerksWork visa sponsorship and supportComprehensive medical insurance coverageSupportive and collaborative work environmentAnnual country return ticket (after 1 year of employment)Company-provided mobile phone with SIMPaid vacation and public holidaysRequirementsDiploma or equivalentProficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
