Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.Plan and manage fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and utilization.Handle FMCG distribution logistics, ensuring fast and efficient supply chain operations.Communicate with drivers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and customers for smooth coordination.Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, delays, or damages.Maintain accurate records of inventory, fleet usage, and logistics documentation.Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and permits.Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Optimize transportation routes and reduce operational costs.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet management, FMCG, and logistics operations.Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).Strong knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and transport regulations.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
