As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers. This includes overseeing the movement of goods, tracking delivery schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goodsTrack delivery schedules and update stakeholders on any delays or issuesArrange transportation for goods using various modes such as air, sea, or landMonitor shipment costs and negotiate rates with carriersPrepare necessary documents for customs clearance and biometric passport processingEnsure all shipments comply with international trade laws and regulationsMaintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipmentsCommunicate regularly with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment statusTroubleshoot any logistical issues that may arise during transportationRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or logistics management preferredPrevious experience in logistics coordination or related fieldKnowledge of international trade laws and regulationsFamiliarity with various modes of transportation (air, sea, land)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English required; knowledge of Malayalam is a plusIf you are a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of logistics processes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
