Job Description

OverviewFrontier Brands (part of the Journe Brands group) is seeking a proactive Logistics Administrator to support logistics, shipping, and documentation operations within JAFZA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth import, export, and re-export activities while maintaining full compliance with customs regulations.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and stakeholders efficiently.ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Shipping Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via sea, air, and road freightLiaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehousesTrack shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholdersArrange bookings, delivery schedules, and container movementsDocumentation & CompliancePrepare and manage shipping documentation, including:Packing listsBills of Lading / Air WaybillsCertificates of OriginEnsure compliance with JAFZA, UAE Customs, and Free Zone regulationsMaintain accurate and audit-ready logistics recordsJAFZA & Customs AdministrationManage JAFZA portal transactions (gate passes, NOCs, warehouse movements)Coordinate customs clearance for imports, exports, and re-exportsSupport bonded and free zone stock movementsInventory & Warehouse SupportCoordinate stock receipts, dispatches, and internal transfersEnsure logistics records align with warehouse systems and ERP dataInternal CoordinationWork closely with Frontier Brands HQ finance, sales, and supply chain teamsSupport verification of freight, customs, and logistics-related invoicesProactively escalate delays, discrepancies, or compliance risksStrong knowledge of logistics and international shipping processesFamiliarity with JAFZA operations and UAE customs proceduresExcellent attention to detail and documentation accuracyStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple shipments and tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience preferredQualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field2–4 years’ experience in logistics or shipping administrationPrior experience within JAFZA or UAE Free Zones is highly preferredExperience handling import, export, and re-export operations is an advantageEnglish: Fluent (written and spoken), Arabic (Desirable)#J-18808-Ljbffr
