Livestock specialist vacancy in Riyadh Saudi ArabiaContract Livestock SpecialistWe are urgently seeking an experienced Livestock Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Livestock Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support in the management of livestock activities for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular assessments of livestock health and welfare, identify and treat diseases or injuriesDevelop and implement herd management plans to optimize production and ensure animal welfareProvide training and guidance to local staff on proper animal care and handling techniquesMonitor feed quality and availability, and implement strategies to improve feed efficiencyEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for animal health, welfare, and biosecurityMaintain accurate records of livestock production, health, and performance dataRequirementsBachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience working with livestock in a professional settingIn-depth knowledge of animal husbandry practices, nutrition, breeding, and disease managementStrong problem‑solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in high‑pressure situationsExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teamsFluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for an Indian Livestock Specialist looking for a short‑term contract job in Saudi Arabia.
