The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings across platforms supporting sales teams and ensuring listing accuracy and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and upload property listings on real estate portals and CRM platformsCoordinate with agents to gather complete listing details and required documentationEnsure that all listings are accurate professional and up-to-dateTrack listing performance and suggest optimizationsHandle photo uploads pricing updates and client-facing property dataSupport the admin and sales team with listing-related coordinationMaintain listing records and generate weekly reportsRequirements1-2 years of experience in the UAE real estate industryStrong familiarity with Property Finder Bayut Dubizzle and other portalsExperience using CRMs (e.g. PropSpace Masterkey)Excellent attention to detail and time management skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesProficient in MS Office and basic digital toolsCandidates with immediate availability preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
