Listing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:Prepare tenancy contracts, NOCs, and other property‑related documents in compliance with local regulations.Utilize extensive knowledge of property portals like Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Bayut to manage listings, understand screening processes, and ensure adherence to rating standards and rejection parameters.Accurately submit required documents to obtain Trakheesi permits for each property to be advertised.Monitor and manage credits across property portals, ensuring efficient usage and tracking.Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets in Excel, providing regular reports to the Admin Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Qualifications:Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly handling a large number of properties/listings.Proficiency in preparing property‑related contracts and understanding the legalities involved.Extensive experience with property portals, including Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Bayut.Strong knowledge of Trakheesi procedures and the ability to submit necessary documentation.Advanced Excel skills with experience in data tracking and reporting.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ready to join immediately.Female candidates preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
