OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Listing Agent to join our real estate team in Abu. In this role you will be responsible for managing property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations and maximizing exposure to attract potential buyers or tenants.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage property listings on various real estate platforms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality presentation.Gather and verify all property details including descriptions, pricing, photos and virtual tours.Coordinate with property owners, developers and internal teams to obtain necessary information and approvals.Ensure that all listings comply with company standards and platform requirements.Regularly update listings to reflect changes in availability, pricing or property details.Respond to inquiries from potential buyers or tenants in a timely and professional manner.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance listing visibility and lead generation.QualificationsMinimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.Strong familiarity with Dubizzle Property Finder and Bayut.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.Knowledge of real estate marketing tools and latest digital trends is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
