Job Description

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to TGI Fridays’ brand standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines. The role ensures consistent food quality, maintains hygiene standards, and supports smooth kitchen operations in a high-volume casual dining environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion control guidelinesOperate assigned station (Grill, Fryer, Pantry, or Hot Line) efficiently during serviceEnsure consistency in taste, quality, and presentationMaintain proper food storage and labeling proceduresFollow HACCP and food safety standardsEnsure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen equipmentMonitor food quality and freshnessReport any equipment malfunction or stock shortages to the supervisorSupport inventory control and minimize food wasteFollow instructions from Chef/SupervisorIdeal Candidate ProfileMinimum 2–3 years of experience as Line Cook / Commis I / Demi ChefMust have experience in:American or Western cuisine (preferred)Branded restaurant operations (advantage)#J-18808-Ljbffr
